Meet Heathar Shepard
Heathar is a homeopath and educator — dedicated to thoughtful, individualized care with clients all over the world. Her work centers on constitutional homeopathy, with a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s physical, emotional, and mental experience.
Heathar has been working with clients in a varitey of ways for the past twenty years - including traninig in Chinese medicine and Classical accupuncture, a BA in nutrition and exercise scientce, as well as training in radionics and the healing powers of the natural world.
Outside of working with clients, Heathar is passionate about cooking (Sicilian roots) and tending to her farm in northern New Mexico where her and her wife run a herd of dairy cows.
Meet Jen Antill
Jen is the office manager and website designer here at Constitutional Homeopathy. She is here to support this practice so that clients feel welcome and nourished throughout their experience of care.
Jen also offers soul support to clients in the form of astrology readings. She brings her experience as a depth psychotherapist - working with women and couples all over the world - to this work and offers truly safe and transformative space to clients. When she is not working in these roles, you can find Jen writing and farming.
Introducing Heathar + Jen’s Farm
Aside from running their family business together, Heathar and Jen run a 5-acre grass-fed, organic dairy farm in rural New Mexico where they provide raw dairy to communities all over New Mexico.
